Then I left the job - there were bouts of resenting the husband because he got to get away from the chaos at home and also becasause I felt overwhelmed with baby and household and resented not having him around to help as much as I would have liked. <br /><br />However, through all this, I continued to freelance, which meant working into the wee hours of the morning and feeling like a zombie all day. Recently, with the recession and the wrist, I have cut down a lot - but freelancing for a couple of hours a day is not financially gainful and I do feel I'm not being 'useful' around the house, which of course is not true.
