Courtesy Ms. Raina who apparently had been closely watching her best friend's mom nurse her new baby.
"Mommy, I'll show you how to nurse. You have to lift your t-shirt like this, put your booby forward and the baby has to take the booby in his mouth. Take the booby, baby, TAKE THE BOOBY! Yeah!"
Enthusiastic applause follows.
My personal lactation consultant and breastfeeder cheerleader. How did I get this lucky?

Kids! They look awesome Muser. Congratulations again :)
Does Raina not ask for the booby in her mouth? My four-year-old watched me nursing and wanted a sip himself.
LOL no ROTFL !
Very lucky indeed ! Older kids are usually very curious and encouraging at the same time especially for feeding and changing . have been there and can safely reassure you there;s more in store for you !!!!
BTW - you'll have to change your url now there's Rohan :)
dude. get her a job at the local hospital!
LOL and utterly cute:)
She is hilarious! A born nurturer.
Rads, thanks! My husband gets all the credit for their looks. They are his carbon copies.
Terri, omg, not yet. It's early days yet. What did you tell your kid?
EL, you're right about the feeding and changing! Raina insists on being present for every diaper change so that she can check out the contents for herself. Ewww.
CM, really! She's a lot more encouraging than some of the lactation folks there.
Choxbox, thanks!
Missing you...where are you? Hope everything's ok
Knock, knock, have you not mastered the art of nursing and blogging simultaneously yet? Aur kitna time?
hey how are you?
Ladies, it's nice to be missed! All's well in the Muser household -- I've just to master the art of managing time with 2 kids and 2 in-laws (husband, cat and the blog get the short shrift these days).
Muser - get back soon .
