Guess I'm going to do a Mad Momma after all and nurse him for a year. Mystic: Life's still crazy chez Muser. And I've discovered this crazy-addictive internet site called Facebook. :))
Hey, I know of at least two women who nursed until the kids were three and lost interest. I'm not sure how they did it; my nipples would've fallen out.
Wow, Ter. Talk about nursing till the kids are old enough to unbutton your blouse. Me, I was ready to call it a day when Rohan was 6 months. But formula doesn't agree with him. At least it didn't then. I should probably give it a shot again.
He's gorgeous! And I breastfed my kids till they were a year old. Littlest kind of self-weaned about 14 months or so. Hope you're well settled in the new place.
Dipali, it would be ideal if he self-weans. After he turns 1, I am going to try giving him some milk in a cup before each feeding. Hopefully, that will be the beginning of the end.
Aww isnt he a sweetie pie. And nine months - seems it was yesterday that we saw the new baby pix. How's Raina ?And the new place ? Settled down I hope?
EL, thanks so much! It's such a pleasure sharing pictures of my kids with folks like you -- everyone says such nice things. Raina's doing good -- am hoping to do a post on her tonight. As for settling in, it's going to take us a couple of months to truly feel settled. The past few months have been incredibly stressful, and we still have a few important things to fix at home before we really begin to relax. GTN, going there now!
